About Me
Cash holds a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Computer Science, from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law. During his legal studies, Cash served as an extern to a Fulton County Superior Court Judge and was a graduate researcher for a leading business law professor.

Following graduation, Cash litigated a broad range of civil cases in state and federal courts involving intellectual property, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and more.

For seven years, Cash served as in-house counsel, and ultimately vice president and general counsel, for a regional health care system, applying his litigation expertise, attention to detail, and sound judgment, alongside his curiosity and interpersonal skills, to adeptly manage the legal intricacies of the system's operations. He managed a broad array of legal areas within healthcare, including governance, compliance, mergers, partnerships, contracts, operations, real estate, licensure, accreditation, medical staff issues, privacy, patient rights, and oversight of litigation.

Upon returning to private practice, Cash continued his commercial law practice and serves as outside general counsel to businesses. As Of Counsel to Crain Law Group, LLC, Cash represents and protects the interests of entertainers' and creators' interests, and their families', in internationally recognized music, video, NIL, trademarks, and other intellectual properties.

Cash is licensed to practice law in Georgia (2007) and New York (2014).
